Bespoke Recruitment – Terms of Business

These Terms of Business govern the recruitment services provided by Bespoke Recruitment. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Service Overview

    Bespoke Recruitment offers a fixed-fee recruitment service of £1500 + VAT (per role) designed to provide the best talent for your vacancy. This fee covers the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement. We guarantee to fill your vacancy, and no further fees will be incurred unless you request additional services beyond the scope of this agreement.

  2. Fee Structure

    • A flat fee of £1500 + vat per role is payable upon engagement of Bespoke Recruitment services.

    • There are no hidden costs, percentages, or additional fees unless mutually agreed for bespoke services.

  3. Guaranteed Placement

    Bespoke Recruitment guarantees the successful placement of a candidate for your vacancy or the team will continue working on your role until it is filled. The client may instruct Bespoke Recruitment to stop working on the role at any point during the process

  4. Candidate Search and Selection

    • Bespoke Recruitment will search for suitable candidates based on the criteria provided by the client.

    • The client agrees to provide a job description, qualifications, and salary expectations in a timely manner.

    • Bespoke Recruitment ensures that all candidate recommendations are aligned with market standards, qualifications, and experience for the role.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    To ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, the client agrees to the following:

Competitive Salary

The salary for the vacancy must be competitive and reflective of current market standards. Bespoke Recruitment reserves the right to perform a market check to ensure salary competitiveness.

Additional Responsibilities

Candidate Feedback: Provide feedback on candidates within 48 hours of receiving their profiles.

• Interviews: Schedule interviews within 5 working days of candidate acceptance or availability.

• Point of Contact: Ensure a consistent decision-maker or senior representative is available throughout the process.

• Fair and Inclusive Recruitment: Maintain fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.

• Offer Confirmation: Aim to extend an official offer within 48 hours of confirming candidate selection.

• Post-Interview Feedback: Provide post-interview feedback within 24 hours.

• Transferable Skills: Be open to candidates with transferable skills and commit to interviewing them when recommended.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee

    Bespoke Recruitment offers a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

    • If Bespoke Recruitment fails to fill the role within 3 months from the date the role is taken on, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the £1500 + vat fee.

    • The refund is strictly conditional upon the client having complied with all responsibilities and obligations outlined in this agreement (including timely feedback, interview scheduling, fair recruitment practices, and maintaining a competitive salary for the role).

    • If the client withdraws the vacancy, materially alters the job requirements without notice, or otherwise fails to meet the agreed terms, the money-back guarantee will be void.

  2. Termination of Services

    • The client may terminate the agreement at any time prior to candidate placement by providing written notice. However, the fee paid is non-refundable unless the Money-Back Guarantee in Section 6 applies.

    • Bespoke Recruitment may terminate the agreement if the client fails to provide timely feedback, does not follow fair hiring practices, or significantly changes the role requirements without prior discussion.

    • If the vacancy is withdrawn or filled by any alternative means, the agreement is automatically terminated.

  3. Confidentiality

    Both Bespoke Recruitment and the client agree to keep all candidate information, business details, and communications confidential, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.

  4. Acceptance of Terms

    By engaging with Bespoke Recruitment and making payment of the service fee, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms of business.
