Am I guaranteed to fill my role?
Role-fill guarantees are available exclusively as part of our fully managed recruitment service. As we do not control candidate applications generated through job boards, guarantees cannot be offered on advertising-only services.

Is there any commission to pay once I make a hire?
No, we do not charge any commission or percentage when you make a hire. There are no hidden fees, what you see is exactly what you pay.

How do I access CVs?
You will have full access to our system, where you can view CVs directly at any time. Alternatively, your account manager can forward CVs to you upon request.

How long will my advert stay live?
Adverts typically run for 28 days. In some cases, your account manager may extend this to six weeks on an ad hoc basis across selected job boards.

Please note that Indeed operates on a pay-per-click (PPC) model, which may affect how long a specific advert remains live.
